Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love it. Easy to set up and use. I especially like the way it looks like on our website - I was able to set it up exactly like I wanted.

  • Good solid connections with customers. Feel comfortable to know they have received some information.

  • Cons

  • I liked pretty much everything, only thing i feel like can be improved is widget customisation along with the sizes and colours, this will make completely handful to the user.

  • A few improvments can be introduced the mobile user experiences but these are not critical at all

  • Pros

  • The interface is great and the creation of campaigns is easy

  • Mobile handshake is easy, quick and efficient. I can get my leads in quick and send them my contact information within seconds. This saves me so much time and I love that.

  • Cons

  • The initial setup of this software can be a little tedious. It takes time and effort, but once it is set up correctly it really is easy to use.

  • Confusing to learn if first starting out. But once you get the hang of it it seems very easy to utilize and be able to work with.
