There wasn't anything I found that I dislike so far. But it can take some time to figure everything out.

It's easy to install, and the support team is helping. The user interface is nice.

Good solid connections with customers. Feel comfortable to know they have received some information.

Sometimes it's unclear for me how my customers see my messages after they've left the chat. But I should probably look more into this myself.

I can't think of anything that I dislike at this time.

It's been a really good experience so far, so we're excited to continue.

Sometimes it fails to notify on my phone that a user texted.

From my experience with HelpCrunch I can say that it has been great. It has all the features we've been looking for and most importantly the support team is GREAT.

I lke the fact that its pretty configurable, it allows you have ton a of rules around what to show, where and to whom. Proactive messages is my favorite feature, banners are pretty handy too.

I love their UI and the support is amazing. All found bugs were fixed in a short time and I always got a response.

Overall it is good based on the functionality it currently has. But there is always ways for improvement, right.

I have a really hard time staying logged in when I'm on a desktop and a laptop. It requires to log in anew constantly.

I like that it allows me to interact with our customers from my mobile phone through the app and that it has a Slack integration.

Refused to allow me to cancel, even though I attempted to do so on the renewal date, and even though their app isn't working, so I can't respond to customers through the app.

MBO meets our basic requirements. It was easy to install and we appreciate being able to share maps both with other users and also with team members who aren't MBO users.

Our company needed a good substitute for MapPoint, and needed something that could create layers with good costumer service. MBO was the perfect fit for those needs.

I have been unable to use the graphing and it is hard to figure out how to change that.
