Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It's easy to install, and the support team is helping. The user interface is nice.
  • Good solid connections with customers. Feel comfortable to know they have received some information.
  • Cons

  • There wasn't anything I found that I dislike so far. But it can take some time to figure everything out.
  • Sometimes it's unclear for me how my customers see my messages after they've left the chat. But I should probably look more into this myself.

  • I can't say enough good things about the quality of the organization's customer support. They are simply the best of the best.
  • Integration with our existing business processes was easy and the ability to add unlimited custom fields was a big plus for us.
  • Cons

  • We can no longer upload data into the system, I do believe that option was disabled by the larger corporation we represent, and not a factor of SalesNOW, that has limited its effectiveness.
  • It doesn't integrate with our Health Information System, although they've tried very hard to get that done.
