Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great bang for its buck. Easy to use and teach others.

  • Easy to implement intuitive interface. Good value

  • Cons

  • The add in to outlook is a really great function but it slows outlook and causes crashing. If they could just make this API smoother it would be fantastic

  • Initial training was not great. Other than that, I have no complaints.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, chose the software mostly because of the easy to set-up sync with e-mail. I also like the fact that the software is being developed and extended with new features quite fast

  • i very like salesflare because its simplicity also they have great user interface and great user experience, have many functionality that CRM must have, also have strong and solid support.

  • Cons

  • A proper email sequence/drip functionality is missing. Campaigns are really strong, though, as well as easy to implement.

  • Doesn't have in-app email and it lacks a lot of native integrations, even though that it has Zapier. It is really good, but these two points are what is left for it to be great!
