  • Pros

  • Perhaps the greatest advantage from an administrative standpoint is the ability to automatically create tasks with workflows and see that they get done in a timely manner.
  • This software is full of great ideas and teaching that can be very important for marketing and how to promote the products we are trying to sell.
  • The reporting and analytics are also great because i have an easy way to track outreach numbers and the deals that are in the pipeline with their associated progress.
  • Cons

  • No true inbox, unless you're using their service hub product, which we don't because we have intercom. Terrible integration with intercom, sad because we use both.
  • If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.
  • Not invoicing any one right now. It been over 4 months with NO INCOME.

  • Very reliable; very easy to handle; good looking and adaptable company layout ; very good support.
  • The support and account management team are so helpful and the platform itself is user-friendly and useful for keeping content organised as well as being easy to share with prospects.
  • I like it’s design and clarity, navigating yourself through the platform is really intuitive and therefor easy. In my opinion it’s a really powerful tool, especially for our salesmen on the way.
  • Cons

  • Some users should have access to both brands, and it is uncomfortable here sometimes - no possibility to add same user, users cannot register for second brand, etc.
  • MacOS version is still missing, limits the cross-device usage.
  • It doesn't integrate with our CRM and tracking 2 systems is difficult.
