Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is the most robust RMM out there, period. Their support is great and responsive. The depth of configuration and customization is unparalleled.

  • Tons of features. Price is where it needs to be. Has great capability.

  • Cons

  • The learning curve can be steep, and given that the tool is so robust, it can be overwhelming to lower level technicians. However, I think this is mitigated by the available training.

  • Functionality wise, I have no complaints. However, in terms of UX, it looks a little dated. Perhaps the interface navigation can be improved.

  • Pros

  • I really like that the program it can be used with ease and you're able to make so many more calls rather than manually dialing out.

  • Easy to use, reliable and with a lot of features.

  • Cons

  • Limitations on sort options are a pain to work around, but workable. It would also be helpful to have more integrations like an easy ServiceNow integration.

  • the import process was not as good until the upgraded it. now it rocks!
