Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is the most robust RMM out there, period. Their support is great and responsive. The depth of configuration and customization is unparalleled.

  • Tons of features. Price is where it needs to be. Has great capability.

  • Cons

  • Functionality wise, I have no complaints. However, in terms of UX, it looks a little dated. Perhaps the interface navigation can be improved.

  • It can be very complicated to set up, support is good but not over the top, there are a lack of reporting tools compared to what you can automate.

  • Pros

  • Sales Rabbit was very simple to use and did what I needed. It helped me manage my sales area and was easy to get customer service.

  • This help me so much in accordance customer relationship and create a better sales experience. I like it so much!

  • Cons

  • There were some occasional glitches with but customer support was good and getting back with you and helping to fix problems.

  • The integrations could be more complete, but they are always willing to integrate more based on need.
