Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I LOVE the simplicity but more than anything, the ability to customize it for my business. Oh yeah, and the price? SO AWESOME!!!

  • I love that it is so user friendly. I can search by different fields. I love using the calendar and setting up tasks.

  • Cons

  • At present (May 2018) cannot add recurring tasks. The email within the app is a great feature, but forwarding received emails to the app is not ideal

  • It does what it needs to, but the UI is a bit dated and could be more modern. But, it does what it sets out to do.

  • Pros

  • Love this CRM due to the fact it is so easy to use. The training really is self explanatory and I LOVE the reports it can run.

  • Easy to use and does exactly what you need it to do

  • Cons

  • Some of the features are a little generic and could be a little more updated with the times. Overall it is a good product.

  • Not the prettiest software to look at but gets the job done.
