Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I really like the ease of use and the ability to change pipelines with ease.

  • Software is very easy to set up, easy to customize, outstanding customer service and very inexpensive.

  • Cons

  • It does what it needs to, but the UI is a bit dated and could be more modern. But, it does what it sets out to do.

  • Other that its not the most pleasing CRM program on the eyes, there's no real cons. The price is right and the product solid!

  • Pros

  • We love the app and the ease of use. It has been great for tracking sales and tasks associated with closing deals. It's also been great for ensuring collaboration and keeping everyone in the loop.

  • The sales process is great - you'll feel very welcomed. Their follow-up is consistent and they do a great job showcasing the full-featured product.

  • Cons

  • It's a young company so there are some glitches/kinks still being worked out which is understandable

  • - Sometimes too easy to change things that have been set by others - Contact uploading/downloading in .csv files is a bit of a pain at first, but not terrible to get used to.
