  • Pros

  • The customization feature allows you to create colorful and creative emails that are appealing to the eye. The scheduling feature is super helpful to plan out communications.
  • I love the ease of use ability to integrate with various platforms and ability to check daily on our growth.
  • And allows for an all in one solution. The reporting is as good as it gets, most of their tools are free and the interface is super easy to use for editing purposes.
  • Cons

  • This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.
  • I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.
  • Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.

  • RAYNET and people around it are very nice and it is pleasant to be in touch with them. CRM system is exactly as they describe it - very easy to understand.

  • CRM by RAYNET is something we were looking for. For a long time we were struggling with various software which were not able to manage our clients in the way RAYNET does.
