Marketing 360 is a cloud-based marketing platform suited for entrepreneurs as well as small and midsize businesses. This solution allows organizations to run social media advertising campaigns, conduct search engine optimization (SEO) programs and analyze digital marketing performance.

Marketing 360's UXi websites feature helps users create web pages branded web pages that include call-to-action buttons. In addition, the system provides website templates that can be customized and edited with the help of drag-and-drop functionality.

Marketing 360's Natural Listing Ads feature helps users manage organic search results by tracking keyword volume and ranking. In addition, it analyzes competitors' SEO performance with the same keywords and shares real-time reports providing organic conversion rates. Because of my lack of technical knowledge and experience in internet marketing (one prior marketer), it has been a difficult learning curve to see what was done and why but because your company and most particularly, the support staff has/have been able to take the time to explain what has been done and why, I am most encourage that my ROI will eventually be realized.

Pros

The ability to reach more of my targets more effectively. By successively 'honing' the messages I've wanted to send and the targets I have wanted to reach, I have seen less of a response from those I used to hear from and who were not my targets and more from those I want to reach; albeit, the latter are fewer in number.

I learned how to figure it out myself.

Pros

Taught me some lessons. If you truly can't some a bit of time to learn to do online marketing yourself, then maybe this would be something to consider. Otherwise, do it yourself until you are big enough to train someone on your team to do it.

Cons

Upcharged every which way and a lack of details on making sure it was a success, which it was not. I would not do this again. I didn't see any other company though that I thought would do better.

I don't pay much attention to the software because I trust Nicole to make it happen. I need more characters so lets discuss Nicole because I dont care much about the software. Nicole is prompt, realistic and truthful, professional, and easy to contact. When I make a specific request she implements it immediately, minimizing any delay. This is critical when running a fast paced business.

Cons

The few times I tried to use it I could pull up ad groups and some of the stuff seems to work when it wants to. I dont really care though. I pay Nicole to do the marketing and I keep my hands out of it most of the time.

As my review says I still haven't seen the software after signing up more than 3 weeks ago and putting $2800 down. Apparently thats not too much money for them and not enough to get a competent marketing person to help me out.

Pros

The sales guy was quite responsive though a few of the things he mentioned as part of the service were really add-ons.

Cons

It has been over three weeks and I still haven't been given access to to the software and no plan has been developed for me. I had my initial phone appointment and very few questions were asked that were meaningful. I have a fair amount of experience marketing and wanted to hand the marketing off to another company. I read mostly good reviews on Marketing360 so decided to sign up after talking with the sales guy. The first person who was charged with overseeing the account would take at least one day to answer a basic question. That would have been fine if the account had already been set up. The sales guy said the account could most likely be set up and running within 3-4 days. The problem is there was no plan offered and no real engagement on what I was trying to accomplish. I asked for a refund about 2 weeks in as nothing was happening and the lady in charge of the account didn't appear to know much about marketing. The sales guy said I should try someone else. I decided to give it a try, but it hasn't been any better. I still don't know exactly what this company does. Before signing up the sales guy said they could help build pages on the website and even use there web system if needed. After signing up the sales guys says their websites are not for ecommerce which would have been nice to know when signing up. I think they do facebook advertising and retargeting. The rest of the things I was sold on I really wish were true.

I like the software for the review process but it didn't work the first couple of times and then you have to put a certain number of words in such as if you don't have anything negative to say you still have to type 100 words for that question to move to next field. Even now I cannot get the pull downs to work for Industry or Company Size.

Pros

Simplicity of use and clean design. We have a pet supply website and have to learn enough software. This platform is intuitive and easy to use immediately.
