Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like that this system gives you the ability to track people through their journey. It's certainly helpful in understanding or seeing at a glance a person's lead score, all their details, etc.

  • I like that it is extremely intuitive (once you figure it out)

  • Cons

  • It's not the simplest, and can be quite tricky for newer/more novice users. But this can be overcome quickly with training.

  • Not the easiest to use, but can be integrated to be more simple than a lot of its competitors. Sometimes it can seem a little over-engineered. Lots of specific fields.

  • Pros

  • The interface is very intuitive and I love how the dialer is integrated into the lead page.

  • The software is easy to use, effective and allows me to personalize my outreach at scale - which is incredibly valuable

  • Cons

  • There are times when there are some bugs that will not load correctly. These, however, are addressed quickly.

  • It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.
