  • Pros

  • The ease of setup and customization where the greatest features. Although many of others, such as local weather and reminders were also key.
  • I am part of a pilot project for Nutshell within our organization and i have found it to help with my organization and task management. From what i have seen, a simple, easy to use CRM.
  • Cons

  • Integrations are somewhat limited, but still, plenty to work with.
  • When we switched the platform, we stopped using it.

  • The features, job tracking, inventory tracking, integrations with EVERYTHING, the time saved and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • No usable security at all so there is no way to control when employees access system or from where.
  • A bit confusing and limited functionality. The platform is mobile-friendlyish.
