We use it for our charity and its fantastic and keeping all of the details of people who attend our services, the people who refer them, our donors and our grant applications. The CRM is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Not a bunch of clutter. Just the features that most marketers use. #### Cons The contact filters are a little light sometimes but whenever I've wanted to do something that was more than a button push support helped me through a "work-around" #### Reasons for switching to OnePageCRM their customer service is horrible - the worst part is that they lead you to think you are getting support - but you are not. No incentive was offered Worldcast has been a great user of databases, but alas, over the last 30 years, we’ve had two databases go by the wayside: “no longer supported.” We were left with several thousand emails but no names or contact info attached. So, starting again with OnePage was a “thrill” and “concerning.” How long will it last? Will it fit our needs as a nonprofit? I am happy to report that after four-plus years, I am pleased with the product, learning new methods to support our work, and look forward to “cleaning up” our data after our systems are reordered. AI searches have helped me find directions I can easily follow to “fix” my current problem. We really like the feature that creates a form we put on our website to collect contact information for our email newsletters. All of the information gets put directly into a new contact in our OnePageCRM account with a tag for the newsletters. This feature is really convenient. #### Cons There is one thing we recommend improving in OnePageCRM. When inserting pictures into an email or email template through this software. You can only put them in one place, with no options for placement or formatting.
