Pros
- The feedback hits inboxes immediately allowing for an instant response time allowing for quicker deployment/resolutions. I love the new AI feature as well for the initial responses.
- It allows our team to help the guest experience as soon as their is an issue, and not having the guest find an employee to then radio for a manager for them to find a solution and enact one.
Cons
- Due to lack of wifi and overloaded DAS on gamedays sometimes it does not work well.
- On the app it only gives you the initials of who is replying not the entire name. Sometimes hard to know which of my team is replying.
Pros
- The product is easy to use and I really enjoyed being able to use the calendar tracking. I also like the feature of setting up post in advance.
- Fantastic email integration and good tools CRM like to recruit prospects and find new talent.
Cons
- They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.
- It's embarrassing to be in front of a customer and for it to take more than 1 minute for the app to load, and sometimes it takes much longer than that.
