Really Simple Systems CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system designed for small and midsize organizations. The solution comes in both free and paid editions. The free edition offers only sales force automation (SFA) tool while paid edition offers additional tools for marketing and customer service.

Really Simple Systems is a modular solution comprising of integrated modules for sales, opportunity, activity, task and document management. With the marketing module, marketers can organize and manage campaigns, send bulk emails, capture and segment leads, track opportunities and more.

Really Simple Systems claims to have 99.9 percent uptime with advanced data security measures such as data encryption and real-time data replication between two data centers. The solution generally caters to customers across the United States and the United Kingdom. Government agencies, law firms and financial institutes are some of the industry verticals served by Real Simple Systems.

Easy Follow your leads with Really Simple Systems

Pros

The software is simple, has an intuitive interface and the support is great. Can be a great choice for those who are beginning to work with a CRM system. They also propose a free plan which supports max 2 users which you can later update from.

Cons

A mobile application would be great for mobility in my case. Also it lacks the possibility of tracking calls and more activities for contacts.

Flexible system which is always evolving, with outstanding support

We've had the system for five years now and it's unlikely I would consider changing it. Synchronising our outgoing emails is invaluable, plus it's really easy to print off a quick report on the number of leads taken at a show, or our sales pipeline. It's very user friendly and intuitive too.

Pros

The fact that the account screens are tailored to our business, the features are updated and improved regularly, and if we have an issue the team are on it straight away.

Cons

It's a little pricey, but we do have the marketing suite so that we can send emails from it which is great.

Excellent UK based and GDPR Compliant CRM System

1. Created a single CRM database for all my sales and marketing records built up over the last 20 years. 2. Brilliant email/campaign marketing module with excellent dashboard view of all email campaigns. 3. Simple web based CRM system based on a low cost SaaS pricing model backed up by an excellent support team.

Pros

Replaced all my old Excel worksheets built up over the last 20 years with a single web based CRM application available to access on my Laptop, iPad and iPhone and giving complete flexibility of access to data.

Easy and intuitive to use with an excellent dashboard view, task management, sales pipeline and built in reports and excellent dashboard widgets.

Good simple annual pricing model based on users and modules required and simple and easy to use CRM system.

Cons

Data import was not a simple as it looked to be and needed support team to import my CSV files, this was done quickly and efficiently by the support team.

Cost effective CRM for small business

We have grown our business with this CRM, and when we were starting out it gave us a lot of "bang for our bucks", the experience has been excellent.

Pros

Having an awareness of the cost of some of the well known CRM platforms e.g. salesforce, dynamics, the thing that strikes you is that the cost of these is prohibitive for an SME with @30 light CRM users. RSS is different. The bottom line is that they offer excellent value for small businesses. I would view this as their USP.

They have a responsive team and have constantly improved the CRM over the years.

Key features I like are the permissions system which lets us give bespoke access to the teams in our business with everyone given the access to the client records that they require.

The integration with Kashflow (accounting) is incredibly useful and reduces unnecesary duplication in our business processes.

The marketing module has been a significant driver for new business, and again is very cost effective.

The activity section enables us to keep good records of client contacts, as does the ability to bcc email comunications into the client record.

The layout of fields is very easy to modify to your business requirements, adding extra fields with dropdowns as required.

Document storage is straightforward with drag & drop functionality.

Cons

Nothing to complain about, happy. Maybe preferred the earlier version which let you know the last time a record was updated and by who.

Great System!

After using a few CRM systems, I have found that RSS is the most reliable. It keeps track of the maths involved in deals, as well as letting you keep track of every stage of the pipeline (NDAs, MSSAs, etc.).

Pros

Allows you to track individual companies as you're going along, and the sidetab to give you info to FAQs is great! Means I can solve problems myself before taking the next step to asking customer support!

Cons

Sometimes my accounts won't load, but after a few refreshes it seems to kickstarti tself.

Great Lead Management Software!

Pros

We initially started using the free version of Really Simple Systems. After making a full transition to the platform it's been an excellent lead management platform for us.

Cons

It took a little extra time for us to transition our prior contacts in to the system, however after we transitioned in everything was a breeze.

A really nice piece of software with a great team

Great. Helps me understand what is going on in the team.

Pros

Huge amount of functionality for a very reasonable price. Support are phenomenal.

Cons

Some inconsistency in some places make need a little bit of thinking. Generally good usability though.

The freemium model is slamming considering!

Pros

The freemium version offers a lot of what anyone in a simple on person shop could need. Unfortunately, to get to mor, you must go premium.

Cons

The user interface is not my favorite amongst the prime CRM systems. While it is adequate, I prefer a few easier to use systems.

Easy to use CRM

If nothing else the audibility of customer interactions, this allows us to see any \ all communications with the customer.

Pros

Only pay for the functionality you need. Some other CRM's include marketing, systems management, financials, etc. but if you don't need them don't buy them.
Its a very easy system for users to pick up, comprised of a core architecture:
Customers \ Companies = Accounts
Contacts = the customers name, email, telephone
Tasks = To Do list
Activities = records the history of what you've done with that customer
Opportunties = Won or lost sales records

Then there's the reporting, where anything you put into Really Simple Systems can be interrogated, not just the content of certain restricted fields.

Cons

We're looking to do some integration and other CRM platforms easily allow this through API services, such as IFTTT or Zapier, Really Simple Systems only provide an API. You can of course code this into whatever you want, but will require time.

The system is simple and works very well for a small company like mine.

Simple control of the sales process and the relationship with my customers.

Pros

I am still using the free version and it suites me very well, I will update it in a very near future as I need some features that are not available in the free version.
The software is very comprehensive and cover all the main topics of a CRM system.
I search for other solutions and this is the best that I found.
I highly recommend it.

Cons

The part that I had more difficulties were in the reporting section.
I tried to add some fields but could not do it.Maybe because I use the free version.

Excellent product for the entry level user (which we are)

Easy to manage our contacts across multiple departments. Great for follow ups and monitoring development staff.

Pros

Ease of use, flexibility of pricing. Dashboard shows your accounts, tasks (follow ups etc) and activities. I found it easy to upload our current prospects onto via a spreadsheet.

Cons

Haven't found any yet but I'm sure we are not using it to its full potential. System has just undergone a complete restyle and this seems much more aesthetically pleasing.

Pros

Speed and ease of use. I've had only good experiences so far and the team at Really Simple Systems have been helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to any firm!

None, it really does improve on anything I've used previously. This includes the big software names in the market.

Easy system with good outputs

Pros

Ease of use. Simple forms to fill out and customisable. Other CRM systems I have used have been very long winded and time consuming this is not.

Cons

Reports are difficult to customise. Wish this was a little easier to set up to get information you want from it.

Worke great for the size of business we are

It helps us to organising our clients. We will need more help in the future as we grow.

Pros

Its integration with Xero accounts is what I like most. This has helped give an accurate reading of what is due to us and what is still outstanding. It allows all users to see information relating to the financial status of a customer

Cons

Its very manual and doesn't really let you sort with your own parameters/create your own invoice numbers. I think that the search option could be made easier.
