Pros/Cons

  • Great price and support. Easy to understand and use.

  • Easy to use and it allows for quick access to accounts

  • Cons

  • Some of my team found the old UI a bit clunky to get used to, though personally I have found it to be perfectly functional.

  • At times it can be a little 'lumpy' as we have stretched its usage

  • Pros

  • Love the option to split messages into different threads. This is primarily what I use it for. Very easy to see where each contact is in the pipeline. Very easy to set up customization.

  • It's amazingly easy to use and to set up. I use it to track Open-Rate on emails and a couple of things more and it works great!

  • Cons

  • It would be nice to have a better reporting, other than that everything is great, I am very satisfied.

  • streak offers a lot more than just email tracking, and im not interested in pipelines or other features, but honestly i can just ignore that stuff
