Ease of use... adding contacts is a snap. Good tutorials answer pretty much any questions... if not, their cust serv is quick and easy.

There is no integration with the MLS or social media accounts.

Very good overall experience dealing with software, the customer support, and the price.

It really is the best thing out there for price and usability. This is definitely the CRM system that every new agent should start with.
