Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The vendor provides great customer service and is almost always there when we need help troubleshooting. Customer service reps are polite and knowledgeable.

  • SalesExec is very intuitive and easy to set up. It was the only CRM that was within our budget and also provided all of the functionality that we needed

  • Cons

  • History tracking and summary reports are lacking, but I do believe they are working on improvements to these features.

  • User reporting needs improvement and integrations with other systems would make looking at data easier.
