It is a good app for managing customer relationships as it's UI(user interface) is good.

Salesforce's workflow is POOR requiring going back and forth to different screens. It's glitchy - if you edit a calendar item, it creates a NEW one.

We require a CRM solution to track our customer data and enable sales intelligence.

NO control on records - for example, I can't delete any history item.

Really nice options for setting up a support site.

Good to have a place where I can tell my requirements and come to know the one solution.

The feature shows only the problem and does not give any suggestive pointers to correct that.

Good for what I need it for, entering new leads, tracking sales pipeline, looking back and forward on data.

This program truly adds value that would otherwise be lost. The interface is easy to use and allows you to get up and running quickly.

There are some time it showed some technical problems.

Customers are happy that prod is nice. Good to know that I need to use integration.

Just hope it doesn't happen over the weekend, which it totally did.

The prices are outrageous. As a small business owner; it is a horribly large pill to swallow to pay that steep of pricing- especially as you are beginning your journey of entrepreneurship.

Good for easy and a high speed searching and it gives a better features on updating the data the functionality and giving a customer support data base.

It's mobile app is very good and easy to access like this software manages customers,  their mails and meetings in a single view.

The code quality was awesome and the staff was super helpful. I think I'm getting the value for my money using this product.

Salesforce can be very heavy when handling multiple pages which often leads to lags. There are additional issues that occur in customisation and merging of pages.

We love Desk at GoSquared because of its easy-to-use interface, and affordable pricing for a small team.

I've been a customer of desk.com over 2 companies now and for straight-up end user support, it's a great product.

I like the interactive UI that makes access to varying tools and functionalities easy. I also like the mobile experience and the ability to integrate the software with third-party softwares.

It gets and responds to requests much more effectively and greater transparency. I used to hesitate to send a request, now, I use the resource stay productive.

Can't add screenshots of error message which can be rather cumbersome. Also, multiple error messages across a single event can be too much to sit and type out.

The reporting in this is just awful. Does not provide anything similar to what Saleforce provides unfortunately, and even the custom reports are bad.

I have had to get a pen replacement, and have several trouble shooting conversations with the shipper regarding not being able to scan in devices.

Too many unused fields that muddy up the screen and info can get lost in all the blank fields.

As a helpdesk case tool, it works. Great for simple troubleshooting and just general inquiry cases where by correspondences are kept to a minimum.

It is extremely easy to use to give you the best results. Salesforce is a remarkable program because it is constantly changing and adapting to the times.

Role Hierarchy & Permission sets are difficult to understand and multiple roles assigning can be difficult.

This software is awesome. It takes the stress out of constantly updating your CRM by making  it seamless and integrated with our email.

Being able to include information on new prospects and clients is very helpful and it's easy to add to do items. The sales funnel process is user friendly and easy for other employees to view.

Provides a nice clean interface that does not have too rabbit holes to fall into.

Doesn't provide customer support, the salesforce community doesn't always have the answer for you.

I really like how Salesforce is the best in its industry and offers great CRM software.
