Cons: The least appealing part about Top Producer has nothing to do with its capabilities, but simply the lack of an app. The desktop site is fully functional on mobile, but having to navigate to the site, login and wade through the desktop site on a mobile device is nowhere near as efficient as an app would be. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The leads I received were either completely unqualified or nonexistent. It felt like a bait-and-switch from day one. When I asked to cancel my contract due to the lack of performance, they refused—locking me into a service that did not deliver even the bare minimum. Their support team was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly more focused on collecting payments than actually helping agents succeed. This is nothing more than a money grab. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are better, more transparent services out there. Top Producer is a textbook example of how not to do business.
