Price is reasonable for a pretty powerful platform. Documentation and setup guides are great.

If I have a bad signal it’s hard to use. That is really the only issue I have had with the program.

Overall this is a great program. I have found it super easy to use and it is user friendly for all people whether they are tech-savvy or not.

And as users, they don’t notify us to use our points before the company opts out. Resulting in waste of points and eventually loss of customers.

It can be hard to click on individual icons that are overlapping over each other. It often says no businesses are found at first until you search yourself.

We never had support on issues, lost clients, lost statistics, etc. But when payment is due, then they sent many emails.

Their Email Platform Connect is the worst on the market.
