What I find useful about Oribi is that you can quickly get the data you need.

I first had the the name Oribi from a friend, when I asked of the best analytics tool to use for my new site, oribi really provided me what I was looking for.

I love the AI capabilities of Oribi and the ability to create correlations. I also love the ability to white label the reports and to see all of our web pages rankings.

They make me feel like a partner in my business that wants me to succeed.

For the most part good, very responsive to questions. Just wish there was more functionality that would make it easier to get more key insights.

It is mostly user friendly and very easy to see actionable insights.

It was lovely using oribi for my web analytics, it was easy to use and provided me many insights for my decision making.

The only real downside is the limited reporting Oribi offers. You can only report in a pdf document from the reporting section, which can be limiting in terms of what data you can include and exclude.

If you are in management and have no time to set up everything in Google Analytics or know how to dig through the mountain of data to find what you want, Oribi is fantastic.

Annoying as i am interested in the service but can't discuss any potential account because no one ever replies.

Has helped me a lot when it comes to marketing oribi has been in front line to help me target my customers. Hence boosting my sells also their customer support is actually good.

We'd been looking for behavioural analytics software for some time but always been priced out by the high costs. Oribi fit perfectly into our modest budget and was incredibly easy to set up and use.

Also, every time I use it, I actually feel calm because everything is so beautiful to look at.

I also love the funnel feature that allows you to understand better the conversion different processes have, especially when having people moving from different domains.

I cut out all software but Oribi when I lost everything.

The value for money with this software is amazing.

What I like is they have an easy to read funnel, correlation between behaviors and just a very easy to read analytics that is packed with graphics that can be pulled onto a deck.

So GA is great for deep dives (rare) and requires foresight in what you're tracking. With Oribi, you dont have to plan in advance what you want to track.

Every time I see an ad come up now, I'm right there to help defend how lovely this product is.

Overall our experience has been good. We can match Oribi's data with some data we get from users and understand better our audience + which campaigns are performing better.

Sent many emails with slow to no response. Company can not provide basic customer service.

We can't see what drove traffic to a specific product. We can't use filters to exclude URL parameters.

Limited reporting capability with only pdf document format, and not allowing what to include and exclude from the reports.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
