  • The UI is very clean and intuitive. The pre-made templates are well-thought out and easy to use.
  • Everything looks nice and clean. There are so many features, yet all the steps are easy to figure out immediately.
  • Cons

  • Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page.
  • There is nothing I found to be missing from the software.

  • What I love— the integrations are almost endless. Helping the system to tie in seamlessly with our current toolset.
  • Easy to use, user can easily navigate and we can customize the feed back pages by own. Easy to track the feedbacks.
