  • Pros

  • Found Qwary to be an excellent tool for collecting user feedback and love their clean user interface. It is quite easy to get started with Qwary even if you have not used a conversational form before.
  • Most importantly it is very easy to prepare a survey and send that to my customer for answering. Video integration is a great integration for this app, Just awesome.
  • It looks great on mobile, desktop and tablet. I can use the link at the footer of my newsletters to gather feedback if readers enjoyed it, and what to improve.
  • Cons

  • I spent a ton of time trouble shooting a video survey only to have some customers still not be able to use it.
  • Lack of URL customization. Can be buggy and requires work on the CS end.
  • Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page.

  • Ease of use, clean and modern look, ability to integrate with other software. Price was better compared to what we were using before.
  • Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.
  • The first beautiful thing I like is that their website and the mobile application are very responsive and have a great user interface that enables us to complete tasks in a short period of time.
  • Cons

  • Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.
  • At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.
  • Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.
