- The only con is that some of the features you had to pay more for. I was on a basic plan and didn't need a monthly plan so it was unfortunate that I couldn't access all of the features.
- Also, the amount of ways to pull results can be overwhelming. It’s hard to pull the same report twice.

- Their support team is highly responsive and they also have many helpful instructional videos.
- Generally Survey Anyplace is really easy to use, from question design, to format design and dissemination. I also really appreciate how it prepares the data and presents the summary of results.
Cons
- That you have to register on a monthly basis so now I need to cancel my registration.
- Handling is quite complicated. You really have to think first before you start - especially the design of the flow of the questionnaire is quite difficult to execute.
