A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent.

Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.

Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

As a SaaS, the value for money is great. The team were very helpful in getting the software set up and it supports most aspects of the business that we run.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

People is great and have really taken on board my suggestions - one of which was about improving the logbook user experience.

It is useful for maintaining mailing lists and grouping people, but I don't think it is always reliable. It could be more useful.

On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.

It is user friendly, the support is first class, and amendments are regular and helpful. The user requests for changes are brilliant and often result in smoother experience for users and admin alike.

The system is very easy to use, it has great functionality and is really cost effective. The add on of the expense module is also great.

I like being able to keep track of contacts for people and putting them into groups for various mailing lists.

Customer service is generally intercom, intercom chat bot and links to articles so a bit hit and miss.

Recording annual leave when an employee is off sick.

No integration with  online calendar providers (O365, GSuite) -  i would expect this type of product to feature automatic calendar updates once leave is requested/approved.

Holidays and absence can be approved or declined without having to log which is a nice touch. Support is always available to help and staff are very friendly.

This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.

Good for small, single office companies where everything is open.

The ATS part of the system has been excellent. Great service and a great price.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Easy to set new people up and save important company HR documents. The support team are really great too and always try to come up with good solutions.

I most like the ease of use and basic functionality.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Fine for a company which wants unbridled access for all staff, but serious concerns around internal company privacy and security with some of the new features.

The features are very good - wide range and very good value for money.

This is an excellent, all-in-one-place, HR package for a small company. It has restrictions, but on the whole it's easy to use with good support both in on-line guides and the support team.

The customer support is for the most part great and they do get back to you when you have a problem within an hour.

Sometimes when there are releases other things get messed up on the software. Sometimes there is alot of down time.

The customer service is excellent. Queries are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, which is important with an evolving product like this which is constantly in improving development.

It is very easy and effective. The staff are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions you have.

Integration with Sage has been great and saved time in terms of duplicating information.

This apps helps my company to keep track of holidays and overtime. As well as making our life easier when we have expenses for the company.

At the moment I had a really good experience with this application.

The UI is simple and straightforward in some areas, but feels a little awkward in others.

Cost we are a small company this makes it difficult for us to justify at ties.

I like it because it does things that Mailparser can't do.

It is reasonably flexible, so changes can be made quickly as needs evolve. Love the immediacy of being able to see the results of a parsing rule.

Although we have just started to use it I already see the benefits of the product and the time we can save with the automated invoice processing.

Really easy to setup and use. Super accurate to find the data in different document formats, even if it's not always in the same location every time.

Accuracy so far has been perfect, and it is very easy to set up and use. No programming knowledge is required.

There are also alot of integration options. I use webhooks and it works perfect and is easy to use.

Also, it's important to highlight the extremely quick and problem-solving Customer Support team led by Chris.

I was able to get started in less than 5 minutes using the free trial. The web interface was clean and intuitive to use, I was able to setup a parser for my pdfs without looking at any documentation.

Docparser has solved a major problem of getting data out of pdf documents, this has saved us so much money and time, plus the added benefit of accuracy.

Time and money saved by automating the input of sales lead information into our CRM with Salesforce.

Also the uploading and processing were incredibly fast, as well as being easy to use and setup as well as trouble shoot where needed.

The ease of the integrations to Google Drive and DropBox makes the work on my end minimal once the set-up process is complete.

I did tried them for a year or two, still no changes.). I've bought a month for test... and still no answers/support.

Great solution, more flexible than other options so great for problem solving.

It is possible to find different ways to extract the same data, compare the quality, and choose the best output. The processing time is quite short.

We use Docparser to 'grab' order information from big purchase orders and make it easy to copy the data to our system. Setup, with a little help from the support team, was easy.

Great for building your own logic and strategies from getting data from inconsistent layouts. It was a cost-effective solution that integrated with what we were doing from the get-go.

When asking for help, the support team is always quick to respond, providing guidance/samples on the best approach.

The UI for making changes to the template. I hate the popup box routine at the end of making a change.

Probably my only issue is that you don't appear to be able to search through the parsed documents that are stored, if you have lots of documents this can be a pain sometimes.

Used API without  any difficulties. Overall  a great product.
