I dislike the fact that it still lacks some of the functionality that some alternative toosls offer, such as msg cadences, for example.

The free trial was very effective in feeling the value of the tool.

The fact that i have access to all the linkedin profiles that i need is more perfect. And they are pretty accurate to be honest.

If you need to source information or enrich data, this should be the first software tool you try out. Also, the pricing is fantastic -- definitely the greatest value-to-cost ratio I've ever seen.

Sometimes it can be hard to set up the automation. For social medias functions, you have to limit yourself with the usage to avoid to get ban.

But i was confused on use cases, how the data can be applied.

It is great for us to get data from social media profiles, which help us on our marketing efforts. Their support was not so quick but they were effective in answering my questions.

Easy and fun to use, and integrates into the tools I need.

Documentation is terrible - they’re providing APIs so if you want to launch your Phantoms programmatically  you require some level of documentation, but it doesn’t exist.

Their LinkedIn APIs are amazing, and they keep coming out with great APIs for other platforms that empower marketers.

Features are a bit weak, but hopefuly they will upgrade it soon.

But the most valuable feature is the ability for the app to advise on which emails have failed to be processed, call them out and allow for new templates to be created solving the issue.

Easy to use parsing engine. I also use the free Zapier parser but find your solution so much better and easier to use.

Lack of additional tweaks to the parsing when it doesnt pickup exactly what you need.
