The platform is clear and user friendly. Great product, it took us a few hours to migrate from our database on premise to that on Aiven.

As far as I can tell there's no way to set a separate billing email.

Overall all of my interactions with the Aiven team have been positive, even if we didn't arrive at a solution the support team is knowledgeable and truly tries to help.

Easy to get started with, support is reactive, overall it is a great experience for newcomers.

As for the system itself it has been pretty rock solid so far.

I like the offering of HA services. I like the great customer support.

The pricing plan is also friendlier than those offered by the bigger platforms.

Additionally, the dashboards built into the dashboard are pretty useful for monitoring the overall state of the Postgres instance.

The plans with redundancy are also cool because you get full access to the slave as a read-only replica, this means you can run heavy select queries without putting load on the main database.

We use this product to back our application for all environments. It is a huge improvement over our previous provider who was less expensive, but not nearly as stable or user friendly.

Low limits on maximum connections for SaaS use-cases where a large number of connections are required. Do not have root/postgres admin access to install custom extensions.

Easy to create an account and a database. Customer support is very good.

The console was easy to use and intuitive. We were evaluating GCP CloudSQL vs Aiven and really what it came down to is that Aiven has better up time.

Ease of use, great customer service. Super easy to configure and find the DB details you're looking for when dev-ing.

We once started getting some errors when the postgres-server version changed.

The integration with Salesforce is decent, but it leaves a lot to be desired depending on how customized your Salesforce instance is.

The SFDC integration is great, and the listbuilding function is awesome - they have the best data you can find on smaller, private companies.

The fact that there are a lot of bugs and bad support are the 2 things that make me want to pull my hair out.

DataFox has really good filters to narrow down the accounts I’d like to prospect into for my job. It’s built to get additional info on companies.

It's also great for finding new companies outside of our CRM, especially those with funding or using certain technologies.

Overall, it was a positive experience with DataFox as the customer service, customization and wealth of information is difficult to match.

Datafox is okay but it has caused a lot of frustration.

The integration with Slack is awesome for getting alerts on your current accounts as well. The extension is very useful for seeing what technology companies have running on their website.

This tool is very helpful in search for information of companies whether we are thinking about potential competitors or customers. The time saved in the search is invaluable.

Definitely before every meeting. It's a great source of data to get a feel for what a company is using behind the scenes.

Overall, I am really glad we are using them. They offer multiple functions.

The main thing I use Datafox for is prospecting new accounts. They have an integration with Salesforce which makes it very easy to build reports and filter results with your Salesforce fields.
