I utilize Denticon daily to run my practice. From daily reports to statements, it is a solid product, especially for the price point.

Ease of use, ability to work remotely, excellent customer service.

For example it will ask you two times to override a lunch hour, but not alert you that the same patient has the same procedure schedules in the future resulting in double booking appointments.

There are many small limitations that make this software annoying.

It makes the clinical aspect but more importantly the business aspect so darn easy. I love how easy it is to use and stay on top of our daily weekly and monthly goals.

Excellent customer service. They were the only company who could do a full migration of all clinical notes, x-rays, documents etc.

We consistently had trouble with the xrays bridging. The software is extremely simplistic to a fault.

We were motivated to find a easier  software  system than we had  during this Covid period. We wanted to go paperless.

You can't close out a month or year. We can't create our own discount/adjustment codes.

The support is outstanding. Never had an issue they could not solve and they are constantly making improvements.

The reporting was terrible. My end of day numbers would always be off.

We like emailing and texting from the patient chart.

It is realitive easy to use, set-up and access pt information on the go. I simply love the software.

iDentalSoft is a dental practice management solution that offers integrated charting, billing, treatment planning, scheduling and imaging features. The system allows practices to choose whether to host data and backups in the cloud or in their own office. iDentalSoft also helps to manage schedules of employees working at different locations.


The system’s scheduler allows administrative staff to search openings by time, operatory, or provider; color-coding allows users to determine patient status and view confirmations and no-shows. Providers can designate time blocks for certain procedures. Users can also scan, upload and categorize the documents for access purpose.
