  • Pros

  • I also love the dashboard, it shows what claims need to be worked on and helps keep the team on track.
  • I like the ease of use...meaning it's easy to navigate. Simplified version of their more complex server-based Software.
  • Cons

  • Over billing and taking forever to get refunded, horrible customer service-they treat you badly and are only available short hours for monetary issues. They purposely hang up on you and avoid calls.
  • Dentrix ascend is missing some of the key components of traditional dentrix.

  • After many persistent calls from a Lighthouse 360 rep we gave it a try, I really love many of the features they have that others don’t have.
  • I love that i do not have to confirm appointments anymore. The software is so simple and user friendly.
  • Cons

  • Very poor customer service, long hold time when you call for questions, for last 2 month they have had a problem sending Emails to patients, and they have not fixed the issue as of now.
  • Intra office messaging wasn’t really something we used or needed and I felt this feature distracted my employees more than it benefited them.
