Skedda was surprisingly straightforward to set up and integrate within out club website. Was particularly pleased that the free version offered enough functionality to get us up and running.

It is easy to integrate into our website and to set up online payments. Compared to lots of other options I looked into, Skedda ticks the most boxes for what we needed.

A minor issue with some of the descriptions on the mandatory fields caused a little confusion and could be clearer - but minor issues.

Smooth Roll Out -  out of 80 club members only 3 had set up problems and they were all user problems.

It's not over complicated, and is understandable at all levels. Clear UX and great integrations with Microsoft and Slack.

Some people have had problems resetting their password when they forgot it. When you need to interrupt a series, delete it from the date it was selected.

Best of all is the support I got from the Skedda team - always available and willing to help.

The online support was excellent with a response in less than an hour even on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent product very easy to configure, very reasonable and excellent online support.

SwipedOn has been great for swiping in and out of work for contact tracing. I particularly like the phone app.

Assuming everyone signs in as they are supposed to, we bring the tablet with us to take roll call  at emergency sites.

When I am away it is easy for customers or vendors to log on and an email is sent automatically to their phone or desk top.

We have quite a lot of staff and printing the whole list off takes a lot of time when the alarm is sounding and the fire warding is trying to get you out of the building.

Swiped on is a good system for tracking staff and visitors at site, it is easy to use and set up. Training new staff on the system use is fast and fuss free.

Simple, cost effective software that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

With this price, I believe this tool is a real gem. Customer Support is excellent.

We love how easy and how little time this takes to use once set up.

We entered every tenant and their employees as an employee as well as our own staff, so we can easily track who is in the building and who they are there to see. Makes it perfect for contact tracing.

Great for ensuring who is the building at any given time. You also have the knowledge that if there are any issues you can call/ e-mail someone at Swiped On and your query is dealt with quickly.
