  • Pros

  • The creator and I worked together for the implementation, and it is great I can still reach out to him if I have questions. Although Play Digital Signage has a great team to work with.
  • What I like the most is the ease and speed with which you have your content on the screen. The editor is a great help to create new content if you do not have previous knowledge.
  • I've been very pleased with the software so far. It has made MY client very happy with the ease of use and flexibility available to make quick changes.
  • Cons

  • I only had a problem with one screen that didn't update contents but I reinstalled it and the problem was solved (I guess there was a wifi connection issue, nothing to do with the software).
  • We have had a bulletin board for years that nobody looks at but people are drawn to the digital signage. We are able to communicate key messages in our church hall and people pay attention.
  • Some devices do not allow opening a web console but this is a limitation of the device rather than the signage software.

  • The workflow system is terrific and has been well embraced by our design and production team in particular. Again it gives us great flexibility to modify the processes as required by our business.
  • That it has being upgrading and getting things easier and better every time. It never stops improving and the support team is super helpful all the time.
  • What I like best is the customer service. I have never waited more than a few minutes to receive help.
  • Cons

  • Only the error warning is not very specific of why it is happening or how to fix it.
  • We had to pay a developer separately to integrate the API with our website and UPS worldship. That ran us close to 5K so that was a bummer.
  • And their co-Founder refuse to refund. At first he said that my described bugs are not issue.
