Pros
- Radley was able to ease our concern about integration with our ERP system (Infor CSI/SyteLine). The flexibility that it offers and how wonderful the consultant was/is.
- I like the ease of use and drill down options. I also like that i can export to Excel.
Cons
- Loosening up restrictions leads to mistakes, but shipping to OEMs like Honda and Nissan require some adjustments. Those adjustments opened us up to errors.
- No how to on every function possible. I should not have to call Radley to be able to be (walked through to get it) because no instruction book available.
Pros
- The Prophet 21 development and support staff are very knowledgeable. Many of the folks have been there a long time, employee retention is great and the knowledge is very useful.
- Its a great software with lot of options for customization which can suit any size industry, overall a positive experience.
Cons
- If you forget to do this at a later date, you can literally cost your company hundreds or thousands of dollars because the wrong vendor was given the PO.
- Out of the box it is weak without a strong development team because it integrates poorly initially.
