Pros/Cons

Pros
easy to use, easy to learn and very functional
I like the ease of use, reporting features are great, and overall experience is excellent. I also like the fact that I can be anywhere in the world and log into my account.

Cons
When going deeper into editing, it can get a bit confusing, but it is easy to learn what steps you have to take to edit a particular piece of a page.
I like everything about this software except the price is a little more expensive compare to similar accounting softwares

Easy to use and follow the menus. Very functional.
Use the a/r program making calls and recording results mostly. Use it some for sales. Good features in both.

Cons
As mentioned above with so many options, the complexity and different ways to locate the same thing can be overwhelming and take time for those new to the program.
Outdated and seems a bit de-emphasized by the software manufacturer.
