- The Prophet 21 development and support staff are very knowledgeable. Many of the folks have been there a long time, employee retention is great and the knowledge is very useful.
- Its a great software with lot of options for customization which can suit any size industry, overall a positive experience.
Cons
- If you forget to do this at a later date, you can literally cost your company hundreds or thousands of dollars because the wrong vendor was given the PO.
- Out of the box it is weak without a strong development team because it integrates poorly initially.
Pros
- Integrations with ecommerce platforms, payment processors and other systems such as warehouse management systems at logistics partners are great.
- For us as an engineering company, it is of great relevance that we keep an overview of our projects and our resources.
Cons
- If we musst chose something, it will be that we need to pay for all features altough we use just a little of them (10% i guess).
- Especially if goods are returned damaged or broken, we have to rely on workarounds so that the goods are separated from the good ones.
