- AEM makes it easy if you want to migrate from other platforms. Its cross channel content customization options are awesome and takes care the digital experience for all type of users is best.
- The ability to rapidly create and maintain pages and the integration with Target makes for a great testing platform.
Cons
- Difficult at the beginning if you have no knowledge, you'll often have to figure out on your own and spend hours learning something. And also it can be a bit pricey for some small companies.
- The latest version cloud version also seems a little unstable. Seems to have connectivity issues from time to time.
Pros
- This product was easy to use and most of all it helped us to test without interruption during pandemic.
- It's super friendly user and it gives you all the visibility that you might need to see how your apps and websited are performing and if your user experience is beeing negatively impacted.
Cons
- It is only in English, no other languages can be used. So if your team does not speak English, it might be an inconvenience.
- I don't know yet what I don't like in this software.
