What I like the most about Kentico is Ease of use and support it provides.

Ease of integration with modern tech stacks, ability to use latest front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, etc.

The pricing is hidden and only shared with you upon request, the lack of transparency is troubling.

Deprecation of features in the past has left a nervousness over the platform (e.g. Draft CMS Import module, personalization engine).

Flexibility of content taxonomy, ease of implementation, speed of Delivery API, excellent tech support.

Kentico has amazing customer support. Kentico has inbuilt functionality to manage versions of pages, scheduling content and approval process.

We're excited about the opportunities it will open up to us in the future as we more fully redevelop our sites and begin to leverage it for other digital properties.

Easy integration with a variety of back-ends using their SDK - we have used the Javascript SDK to integrate into Node.js projects very effortlessly. The API is feature rich, for example.

Everything that was strange to me before, they fixed or changed very quickly, so nothing at the moment.

In really complex scenarios admin UI is starting to be a little confusing. Admin UI is available only in the English language, which is sometimes a problem for our Czech clients.

Our experience has been wonderful. We are able to utilize Kontent as a headless CMS and push to multiple platforms with speed and ease.

This API is very flexible, intuitive and easy to use. I have used the Content Management API to migrate thousands of content items from a traditional WCMS to Kentico Kontent.

This software is extremely user friendly for base users, but also has the ability to expand its features for a user that may want to do more with their content than just text and images.

Kontent is an awesome Headless CMS and great for content editors and developers.

Example: Publishing/Unpublishing an item does not immediately reflect on the icons (need to refresh to visualise the correct status), which can be confusing sometimes.

Most Expensive Worst Experience You Will Ever Have.

IT is sometimes hard to organize and sort files.

This is a sales persons greatest tool. In addition you can create custom objects to enable the support team to better work cases.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is great and only getting better.

I am dissatisfied with the representatives of SF who have zero customer service skills and can’t even answer a question  when asked.

It's is very costly as compared to others I  the market.

I really enjoy the interface  it is easy to use and has a lot of features that aid you in finding the help you need. It also helps out business in more than one ways.

Documentation is poor and almost always not descriptive enough and outdated. The system itself is very buggy.

Good enterprise solution but lots of customization.

Got duped by salesforce salespeople into thinking this is cutting edge technology.

Not only do you pay a PREMIUM price for Marketing Cloud, but you'll also end up spending more time than you should trying to figure out this product.

The support and training from SF have been excellent.

I like that Send Time Optimization was included, this was extra with the previous e-mail marketing product we used.

This product poses itself as top of class, but that's only in pricing.

Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).

I really like the reports available after an email is sent. We are always trying to gauge the effectiveness in communication so knowing exactly where a user clicked in the email is extremely helpful.

I love Journey Builder and its native connections to Salesforce. Dynamic capabilities are extremely robust.

You get the benefit of an easy to use email platform, and the ability to automate workflows to enhance the personation of your customers.

Salesforce is good, but HubSpot is a better CRM.

Completely terrible in all aspects. UI is horrible, navigation is a pain, EXTREMELY SLOW, lots of service disruptions, does not connect well with sales cloud, data integrity issues.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud was easy to use and easy to teach people how to use. It was a cost effective product.

Like all of Salesforce's products, their marketing cloud is an extremely powerful tool with lots of customizable capability and robust features.

Can be a lag between menus/options however nothing big. No real big complaints on our end any issues are rep is there to meet our needs.

We have a Sales cloud integration which does not work well with Marketing cloud.

Also, even though it's the same company, the integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is complex and just basically terrible. Cloud Pages Smart Capture forms are useless.

The user interface is horrible therefore it is not easy to navigate through the application.

Salesforce helps my salesman keep the group on the same page. Chatter works great and you can put reports on it that everyone can see.

Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.

Maybe it's a little difficult to learn at first, but the learning phase is quite fast and you end up knowing it very quickly.

If you pay the money, you can make salesforce into an amazing wonderful tool for your business. It's capabilities and customizations can really make your business run smoothly.

It's one of the most popular CRM, so most people are familiar with it. As such, it integrates with several other software tools out there.

Ampscript is required for many complex landing pages and emails. Difficult to use for a single user with no development background.

Easy to use (especially with Content Builder), lots of customization, allows me to send to Salesforce Reports/Lists.

Thats a problem because most Marketing Teams do not write code.

This system has a lot of advanced features which is really cool. It provides different integrations with other systems which is very useful.

Very useful for establishing end to end consumer journeys.
