The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.

It's been great and their customer service is really nice. They also offer referral discounts which is awesome.

Overall, my experience since moving to Constant Contact has been great. It's easy to upload contact lists, create segmented lists, send and schedule campaigns, and build slick emails and newsletters.

This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.

Relatively easy to use and it accomplished our goal of reaching out to our customers on a regularly scheduled basis. For the price point it is very effective.

The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.

Being contacted at inconvenient times by pushy, aggressive representatives who would take offense if you didn't have time to talk with them.

You don't pay more for the design, you pay more for the amount of emails you want to send it to. Also, customer service is HORRIBLE.

The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.

I really had a poor experience with Constant Contact. I was so frustrated each time I had to work with it.

The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.

I liked that it was easy to manage contacts and subscriptions, as well as time the email releases. The engagement statistics are excellent.

I also was not a fan of buying shipping in set increments. More information must be acquired from the customer to prevent fraud, as I lost money in this regard.

The downside to Cratejoy is that you not only pay a monthly fee but you also pay a fee for each sale.

Personally, I dislike Cratejoy's website builder.

Cratejoy is an excellent platform for smaller, startups to put their subscription service out there and equally compete with other services.

Cratejoy has great reporting tools that allow us to easily manage our customers subscriptions, see which ones are the most popular and ones that aren't doing so well.

Specific complaints include lack of billing/shipment options (ie. custom vs. monthly) and each subscription listing can only have one photo.

The designs they provide look great. At the begging when I first started two years ago, the tech support was super helpful.

Overall it's been amazing, love their support and they have definitely fixed earlier bugs.
