Pros/Cons

Pros
Its the best user friendly program, and the support they offer is top notch.
product is well maintained and it is going to be the best shopping cart in the future. Alot more can be done but for now i think it is one of the best shopping cart.

Cons
the trial should be of one month so that user should be able to go thoroughly and able to find out how this product would benefit him.
Support over Skype might not apply to everyone, specially companies with strict restrictions of Chat software

Pros
I love the editing capabilities, and the ease of use - it doesn't take long at all to learn the different functions
I got the basic version and I love it! Super easy to use. Like anything, will take time to learn, but otherwise, awesome!

Cons
I still think the domain fee is a bit expensive, but it does offer many professional looking layouts to an inexperienced web designer so its pros may outweigh its cons.
It is easy to use, but it could be a little bit more intuitive.
