I've heard similar stories from the recruiters in my community as well.

Appears that the dashboard is filled with useless upsells. Hate to say it but you get what you pay for (and that is questionable in the case of this tool).

I think if they improve their customer service significantly, they'll have an unbeatable tool.

The one thing that I found to be the worst is the breakdown of leads by location - for us it's specifically NY - they are missing many counties in their parameters.

I would say the biggest strength to seamless is going to be the speed at which you could build list off of LinkedIn. The tool is super fast, and that's a huge help when you're scraping big list.

The integration with Sales Navigator is amazing and makes it SO easy to find contacts and import into a CRM.

It's interface with Salesforce to upload data is awesome. I like that gives alot of data on emails and let's you know if the email is good or risky and it is usually correct.

If you want to build a target list of companies- the platform allows you to define by revenue, employee size, and most major cities etc.

Specific teams within our organization have been using the free version of Seamless for some time - for a free service, it's unbeatable.

It is an easy way to find contact details (it is accurate in most cases).

So easy to use and just an additional button on a website (like Linked In). Contacts can be pulled into other systems like Sales Force and adds the contact information seamlessly (lol).

Come to find out it had terrible functionality to pull data. The data accuracy was less than 36% and the customer service was atrocious.

Fairly easy to use and navigate for basic searches.

Limits on the number of contacts per day can be frustrating.

Love the ease of use and the simplicity by which I am able to find the right contacts and add them directly to my CRM.

Unlimited search with contact info with a fixed price is good.

When I complained, the response was to ask me if I needed more training. If you can't use the system out of the box, then you have a problem with the system, not the user.

You waste a lot of landscape with unimportant features. The search field window (the most important area in my opinion) is too small and constantly minimized... and a pain in the ass to navigate.

Shady company selling bad leads and terrible customer support.

Deceptive sales process. Was not informed of the mandatory 60 day notice to cancel services.

Overall, it's been very easy to build a list of prospects. It almost gives me TOO much info.

They unlock your account for 24 hours. There is a one-user limit but there is no info about the multiple browser tabs on the same laptop.

Then lied again and said he could move around the numbers.

Bad lead quality, bad interface, bad customer support, shady company.

Limited database and user function. We were limited to only searching 10 companies at a time.

Super awesome bonus is all the sales training courses, scripts, etc. that they shared. Company seems very invested in seeing their customers succeed at a very high level.

Being asked if I need more training when I asked for a refund was a bit insulting.

I like the integration with Salesforce and Outreach. Outreach is easier for me, as it helps with the contact management as an opportunity is opened and then moved into Salesforce.

On the surface, Seamless.ai looks like a great company that offers lots of features.

Smaller companies are more difficult to find contacts.

The paid version is a helpful tool as well, although there are more robust versions on the market. But seamless's price point is great.

Seamless AI is the greatest list creation tool I have ever used. Since using seamless AI I have increased the amount of accounts added in my name from 37 accounts daily to 89 using seamless.

It was ease to use, very flexible and user friendly.

The software was a bit slow, so moving from one screen to the next took time and seem to have a lag.

The software is easy to set up and the questionnaire is easy to understand and interact with for our customers. Great customer service and support.

The SW is very easy to use and friendly to implement.

Smart-Trial is really easy and quick to set-up, the EDC was well integrated with our software for the need of our study thanks to the API.

I really appreciated the status views of how far we had progressed in both the overall and individual  participant journeys.

I liked most of their functionalities, especially since I'm not a computer genius I really needed something easy to use.

We have been able to set up a clinical trial with different drugs in a fast way in several countries and have good data quality.

There are a few features that are wanting. Seeing/sorting screen fails, separating new submissions of imaging from ones that have already been downloaded, quick buttons to visit forms.

We get very good support and high flexibility with payment. We can manage multiple small clinical pilots in a reasonable price and by self- deployment and adjustment to our needs.

It has an user-friendly interface, rather intuitive set-up, easy to create and save your processes, duplicate comands for future use.

The service itself is also very good: we received on-site training, were assisted during the set-up of our study, and can at any time expect to receive swift replies to our questions.

We had very little time and not a lot of money when we had to find a system that would fit our demands and could be launched fast.

This is compared to other eCRF softwares a big plus. Customer service is quick and helpful.

The lack of basic eCRF functionalities such as, alerts and logical checks. A bit awkward when navigating, cannot not go back and forth very easily.

The most valued features are the reuse of forms, available AE/SAE forms, and the ease of use for all the investigators. It allows to easily scale the study for multi-sites and multi-phase trials.
