The best part of InsureSign is how easy it is. Its even easy for some of my clients that are not good with computers.

I like how easy insure sign is to use and send documents to my clients that need signed. It is also priced very competitively.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use when explaining to clients how to sign documents electronically.

I really like this product i use it on a daily basis and its so very convient  and quick to use.

InsureSign is easy to and convenient to use. The process for getting important documents back is a simple process for my clients which is extremely important.

This is very easy to use, fast and also user friendly for the clients. Also, the ability to have sent by text is a great feature as well.

I dont like  that if you make a mistake you have to send and then go in and cancel you cant just do it then.

The one thing is when setting up a new computer, how to get InsureSign in the drop down as the printer.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use. I t is easy to upload the file, enter the email address and send it.

I found the customer service to be great, reasonable pricing and easy to use.

I dislike that you can't edit or type into the document after it's been uploaded.

We no longer had to mail or fax documents to the customer that couldn't come in because of distance or schedule.

The only problem we've ever had is very occasionally having to reinstall the printer component.

Did I mention Electronically. This has been an awesome addition and reduced hassle to get the necessary signatures through mail or in person.

The ability to quickly send out a form to get signatures. InsureSign has made this task not only more efficient but we have a better faster turn around on these forms from the client.

I don't have any complaints really. Most complaints would be that the clients forget to sign and submit back to me.

Ease of use for all of our user and signers. Integrates with our management system software which is great.

I've had clients sign documents within minutes of receiving the initial request. Its also cost effective compared to other markets.

Stay away, bad customer support when you need it.

Confirmation emails get undelivered or redirected to spam from time to time and this causes confusion. Other than that  ,there isn't much you can complain about.

I am trying to use this product for clients but can;t get anyone to stick with it due to the price and lack of features/functionality.

This requires that signatures and documentation are open to liability and audits and need to be secure and authentic.

What I liked most about this software was that it is super easy to use the electronic signature to use for those that cannot meet up in person.

Saves a lot of time versus scanning, printing, and scanning. And the best part is that its secure as well.

The website is well put together and easy to navigate. And residents/prospects using RightSignature to sign their lease very rarely have issues signing their half of the documents.

It is great, but comparable websites like Docusign offer the same service. Phone compatibility could be better.

RightSignature makes it very easy to walk someone through electronic signing. It's very user friendly and I like that it sends emails when a certain action is taken (views documents, signs).

The navigation flag causes more inconvenience than help. It’s expensive and I’m dissatisfied with the communication level from customer service.

Their API is robust enough to integrate with some programming help and the interface is a breeze to navigate.

I believe that this is a top of the market kind of software, I personally use it on the insurance industry and it is really helpful.

This software was great for acquiring a lot of electronic signatures, the overall functionality was good.

Using Right Signature is just as good as standing next to someone with a hard copy and a pen. Right Signature can be used quickly from a computer or a phone.

Going on two full months after cancellation and confirmation. Two months of disputing charges.

I used the product for a long time and got great use out of it. It definitely streamlined my contract process from all paper (scanning/emailing) to virtual.

Customer service is very responsive and they are in business to help customers be successful. As we have grown simple solutions have been met with just one call.

RightSignature is a super easy was to seal a deal at the end of the sales process. We are able to send the client contracts where they can easily open the document and sign.

Creating your own document and having it secure along with being able to choose who signs them, its a great tool for legal services.

It was helpful in collecting and notifying once documents were completed, which was really nice to have in my inbox.

Very well- we love sharefile as well and the integrations are great.

No response from administration to support requests. Refused refund when requested, despite non-use and nearly a decade of paying for it.
