I think this software is really good and very efficient at what it does. Clearly works and does what you want it to do.

The ease of use and the prices are very competitive with other software, its so much cheaper and just as good.

Overall i am very happy with this app and will continue to use it.

I least like that Signable charges a fee to do this. It's really just signing paperwork, so I don't think it should be so costly.

The cost is great value for the usage we have. It allows us to get forms signed insantly by clients which they are happy with.

The customer service and care is excellent any problems (of which are very few) are solved quickly.

Sometimes it can have errors, but this is rare when it happens.

My one criticism would be the deleting of items is a bit long winded, possibly due to stop you making errors.

I use Signable almost everyday and sometime when the chat pops up in the corner it can get a little frustrating.

It's also great to be emailed the final countersigned agreement automatically. The remind function can also prove useful with some people.

User friendliness of the GUI , ability to create workflows , ability to track progress and sending reminders.

My overall experience with SIGNiX has been amazing. From my initial question to signing up as a user, everyone that I have interacted with has made this the best decision.

Tagging system user friendly. Signix listens to their customers and is diligently working to make this the best product out there.

I don't think there was anything negative about my experience with this software, or usage of it to digitally sign documents.

There were other issues with the knowledge based questions and the likeliness of such question being answered incorrectly. Yet, NO warning about the system preventing a transaction for 24 hours.

You have freedom to do any signings you want BUT. There are things that could be ALOT better.

The system is very specific as to how signatures are to be applied to the document when preparing which can get frustrating.

Some functions are initially difficult to coordinate.

Most of all I am pleased that all necessary features for Ohio's eNotary process are fully integrated in the product.

I understand that you are improving and I look forward to when you have this in a better place. It will be no comparison with DocVerify.

I cannot believe you have launched a program, let alone charged for it, in the condition this program is constantly in.

Configuring the signatures is painful, only allowing one notary stamp per pdf attachment is limiting and frustrating.

There is a helpful training video and several FAQ's to address all of my questions thus far. I am not super technologically advanced and this software was easy to use for me.

It connects fine with Signix but is very choppy on various internet connections. Also, the pricing plan seems quite unfair.

Excellent Cost Effective Platform for both e Signatures and eNotary services.

Initial training was beneficial. Qualtrics  integration in progress and enhanced Zoom was a plus for myself of which is included.

Can only affix one stamp on a single document. Emails to customers can be quite confusing in the order they are sent.

I like the ease of retrieving the documents. I like the ease of saving the video.

Customer service was great and there was a very helpful walk through so I knew exactly what a remote notary session would look like.

I love that if any issue comes up, customer support is right there to help you along the way.

At that point I got an error code after clicking the link that was sent by SIGNIX to complete the signing.

I chose this platform over DocVerify because it had a lower upfront cost. But being charged $10 for the notary stamp, I literally am making no money on that part of the process.

The price point is good. Deliverables are forwarded quickly and are easy to download.

I do feel there's a lot of negative communication among other Notaries & I feel some is because they have not upgraded the systems being used. I can see how difficult it is to use SigniX.
