Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Signable is a great tool, its simple, easy to use and keeps me updated. Does exactly what it says on the tin.

  • It is very easy to use. Customer Service are excellent and responds really quickly.

  • Cons

  • Some of the terminology I found confusing to begin with but the customer service was really helpful in solving my confusion.

  • Not so straight forward in places but nothing major

  • Pros

  • I like that the software makes sense and it is simple direct and easy to use.

  • Back office and editor are easy to use and manage.

  • Cons

  • In general, online notary platforms are pricey and primitive in its ability. I believe SigniX is ahead of it's competition though. I see RON becoming more user friendly as kinks are worked out.

  • System is quite buggy at times. Can only affix one stamp on a single document. Emails to customers can be quite confusing in the order they are sent.
