The backend is similar to other email programs, but the speedy and responsive customer service puts it over the top in my book.

The WYSIWYG editor features...pretty limited in terms of buttons, colors, links, drives me crazy.

Emma is amazing to use and the customer service has been phenomenal. The importing, segmenting and split testing have all been great and I have been incredibly happy with the deliverability.
