Pros/Cons
Pros
- Everything is user friendly, and the product is the best I have worked with (and i've used many other email marketing platforms). So, great product, and great support team.
- Not only do they have the best prices but the editor itself is super easy to use and the resend to unopens (OpenBoost) is really awesome.
- My experiences were great and I would recommend this product to anyone that could use it. Everything is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
- We do have sales reps, who are not and don't have a problem with the drag and drop. They used to charge per account and now charge per email address block.
- I tried Fire Drum because we were having design/layout issues with Constant Contact, and found Fire Drum to be equally user-UN-friendly.
- The worst part however is the customer service, as the above issues could all be sorted out with software revision.
Pros
- The face that systeme.io is a fraction of the cost of its competitors is a godsend. I truly LOVE this software.
- I was looking for an all in one platform that wasn't expensive and I am so glad I found Systeme.io. The migration was super simple and the migration team was great.
- The friendliness of the system and video tutorials guiding step by step in navigation in the entire system. The free migration feature and the customer service is just wonderful.
Cons
- So, in addition to Systeme.io not working, contacts that were registered have disappeared and to make matters worse, they want to charge a monthly fee for this.
- It's hard to define something I don't like as of now, but I did get a bit confused with the HTML settings, although that's most likely a user error since I'm still learning.
- I missed a video-tutorial during the account setup. As a Kajabi power user, and proficient user in Clickfunnels I know my way around.
