Pros
- It has been a lot of fun learning this product and I am excited to continue to learn more about it's functionality and how it will help us communicate better with our members.
- You can integrate with many of the CRM systems out there today. The customer service people want informz to succeed for your business which means they are easily accessible and willing to assist.
Cons
- Our template has some weird HTML coding which we have to override the CSS in all hyperlinks or they are too light to see.
- The only con I have, which they have no control over, is my current CRM does not integrate with Informz.
Pros
- It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.
- The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.
Cons
- Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.
- When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.
