Beyond the pale in terms of inappropriate and unprofessional.

Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.

Things don't work well, customization options are very limited, users and customers get frustrated often and messages get lost in the abyss.

It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.

It integrates perfectly on the website. I also love that they are constantly coming up with new features to help our workflow.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
