The admin side can be a bit confusing for users.

I would highly recommend this tool to any organisation that is not using it, it has so much capabilities to suit your companies needs. If you need any additional functionality, it is added by IDU.

The set up seems very complicated, especially as an admin user. It is sometimes confusing as the same wording appears on different menus / sub menus.

IDU's customer service is really good. IDU consultants supported us well and IDU staff are solution oriented.

The percentage allocation option can become very complicated with the levels of calculations required. The balance sheet and cash flow options have served no purpose due to setup and training.

The ease of use of the system which allows for quick access to actual results and the detailed budget plus gives the ability to add as many forecast that are required.

Really happy with the product and there is always new updates and innovation.

Given the resource intensive task of the update it cannot be done continuously. However, that is more a limitation on our server than IDU itself.

The software seems to be a robust budgetary and reporting tool. It can help you get to the detail of your GL and be very useful as an analytical tool.

It has been a very good experience and quick to learn its unique features and capabilities.

System is sometimes slow when having to refresh data and navigate various menus and drill downs, cannot always easily go back to previous screens/views.

There is no option to create standard reports for various users. Inability to copy and paste or duplicate activities for some functions.

Easy to read and understand reporting, able to extract information and easy to drill down and roll up. Export and import function is awesome for quick fix and analytical reviews.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
