  • Pros

  • Everything was easy to set up and the customer service was outstanding. Special shout out to customer support who made my experience extra special by helping with setup, pricing and more.
  • Enter Ticketbud to save the day (and weeks, and months, and years!! :-) There were clear instructions on how to do this actually on the Squarespace page, and we are delighted with the results.
  • Our guests have said they feel it is user friendly and I love that we can communicate last minute details through email to all ticket purchasers. I recommend Ticketbud to my colleagues all the time.
  • Cons

  • They never contacted me and when I contacted them about it, they never bothered to respond. Very poor customer service and should never have happened with no contact.
  • You can set a time to shutdown sales, refund a guest w/o having to worry about confidential information and so much more.
  • Had a little trouble with the background images.

  • Like before, we love the contract editing possibility. I also love the notifications and reminders that you can set for yourself.
  • Gather is very user friendly and helps me keep our event calendar clean and organized. It is fantastic for communicating with both guests and our management team throughout the company.
  • I find it to be user friendly for all levels of technical ability. Its quick and easy to use and I love the ability to share banquet event order changes with the guests in real time.
  • Cons

  • The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.
  • Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.
  • The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.
