Quick deployment of a cloud based, secure/encrypted eFax solution.

While faxing is quite antiquated, the healthcare industry has not yet widely adapted a replacement. Until then, this seems to be the next best thing.

Obviously it does integrate well, it's basically pretty easy to use (if you can operate a regular fax machine, you can run eFax), and it's been around a while.

Overall, there is no other option than eFax. The ease of use and the convenience it provides is priceless.

Felt I was double billed during sign-up process because I was charged to get a local phone number.

This is a good solution to be able to send an occasional fax as the technology has been largely replaced by email.

They kept my credit card info and just continued to bill me each year, ignoring my requests to cancel the service and without my permission. After 45 minutes on the phone and a chat with the manager.

We changed after getting consistent complaints from clients and other providers that they're faxes were not going through.

Needed a virtual fax system that allows our virtual practice administrators to check inbound faxes and allow our clinicians to send outbound faxes without having to buy equipment for our 15 offices.

It works flawlessly, and I've been extremely happy with the reliability of the service.

That faxes are very easily accessible, easy to download and then put in patients charts. It is also very easy to send faxes and keep a contact list.

I love how easy this is to use and the level of integration it has with our software. We send and receive faxes for it with very few problems.

Customer support is slow, sends you in circles, and gives the wrong answer almost every time. Chat disconnects constantly and they give you the wrong phone numbers to call.

I love this product, I will forever be a customer.

I was billed for 3 years of service that I didn't use. I had proof of cancellation but was told no refund because I emailed my request to cancel to the wrong company department.

It is very reliable and secure. Easy to receive faxes via email, so no need to wait by a fax machine to receive sensitive documents.

Easy to use and convenient. You receive it like a scan and could save it as a PDF.

We were able to integrate eFax in to a web app quickly and easily, and draw out received files without a lot of hassle.

We even lost a referral source due to their exhaustion with us not getting their referrals and records.

It also allows you to sign documents within the application, offers mobile applications and what got me the most excited, it works with GoogleDrive.

It has been extremely difficult to cancel the service.

There appears to be no way to on the site cancel the trial. So send an email requesting the cancelation of the account no response.

They continue to bill your card after you WRITE them to tell them to cancel.

This software allows our company to communicate with our clients in the clinical community and ensure our patients private information stays private.

From time to time sending fails, don't know the reason. I also miss better notifications about received faxes.

The eFax system is intuitive, robust, and decently affordable given its attributes.

The software is not 100% enterprise ready yet. You cannot have more than one administrator currently.

I loved that all faxes can be done from one simple app on my phone.

I found it reliable sensible and simple all for a good price.

Support (I believe) is only via email/ticket, but they are very responsive, and capable of understanding customer needs and working to accommodate them quickly.

Therefore, we can rely on its security and privacy. It has integrated into our system well and we have also enabled the Slack integration so we can be notified of an incoming fax in our channel.

I am very sorry, once again, but unfortunately, the numbers purchased from FAX.PLUS are not portable as per our terms of service. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

They responded to the other questions in the email but so far no refund. At the very least, I should have the difference refunded.

A fantastic resource for someone who sends occasional faxes.

First and foremost I I like that it's free. Who doesn't like free services.

FAX.PLUS encrypts fax files and integrates well.

It's quick, it's easy, it's free for small jobs, and they even allow you to create a cover letter.

When I upgarded, I was charged another $11.99, not the difference. I sent an email requesting that I be downgraded back to basic and the premium feel refunded.

It was so easy to clear my inbox so early from home in my jammies. I hit sent and could watch the status and then got an e-mail confirming it was sent and accepted.

Ease of getting an account, seemed like it was automatic.

When we ran out faxes within days, we contacted the company to ask why this was. They explained the situation and then said we would have to pay more to start receiving faxes again.

They refused, which seemed short sighted when dealing with a medical practice of 7 providers.

Features and ease of use were quite good. Never had a complaint about that.

Works great and it's easy to learn to use. I like being able to fax on the go.

I found email to fax to be a great feature in making work processes seamless and fast. Very fast delivery for faxes outgoing and incoming were a great advantage for productive work flow.
